Nuclear BASIC (NB) The license for each authorized copy of NB is as follows: The single copy of the software may be used freely by the authorized owner on any amount of PC's. The single copy of the software MAY NOT be used by anyone other than the authorized owner. If there is a transfer of ownership we must be contacted to update our systems on who we recognize as the authorized owner. Educational institutions need to acquire a software license for each PC the software is, or is to be, installed on. The product may be used in it's intended fashion, concerning public or private software releases, by the authorized owner AS LONG AS the purpose of the release is not to duplicate the product itself. (ie: using a tool to create/aide an application/game/simulation is acceptable, however, releasing the tool itself or providing a similar set of commands that look and/or act like the original tool is not acceptable). Nuclear Glory Entertainment Arts and it's perspective owners reserve the right to determine what usage/practices are acceptable and which ones are not. This applies to, but is not limited to, anything that is done with the software/tools after the writing of this agreement. The single copy of the software may be used by every member of a team that is under the jurisdiction of the authorized owner AS LONG AS each team member is using it ONLY for the project(s) the owner has authorized. Should any team member decide to do their own project(s) using the software then they need to acquire their own software license, of this product, from us. Educational institutions need to acquire a software license for each PC the software is, or is to be, installed on.
